Terms & Conditions
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation and the balance 50% is due upon arrival. If a cancellation occurs a full refund will be issued if it is before 30 days prior to the commencement of booking with the exception of below dates of which no refund will be issued.

- All public holidays including Waitangi weekend, Easter weekend, Anzac weekend, Labour weekend, Queens Birthday weekend.

* I give full authorization to charge my credit card or bank account given for any unpaid charges, and any damage, theft from the rentals during the period of my occupancy.
